Vulnerability Report

Vulnerability report presents a consolidated list of missing and available patches for each systems that has been scanned for vulnerabilities. The latest scan result of each system is reported and this is depicted by the time of the scan. The health of each system is also represented in a pie-chart.

The information available in this report are :

• System Name - Name of the system that was scanned. Clicking on the System Name link will display a consolidated list of available and missing patches for that system, as per the latest Scan Result
• OS Name - The operating system of the machine scanned
• Available Patches - The number of available patches in the system. Clicking the link will display the list of available patches
• Missing Patches - The number of missing patches in the system. Clicking the link will display the list of missing patches
• Informational Items - The number of informational items for Windows systems only
• Obsolete Patches - These number of patches that are outdated and have another patch that is more recently released and has taken its place
• Last Scanned - The time at which the system was scanned last, based on which the missing and available patches are reported
• Health - denotes the health of the system, whether a system is healthy (completely patched), moderately healthy or highly vulnerable (a high number of missing patches)

System Health Count Graph

The Vulnerability Report is enriched with a pie-chart which presents 'at a glance' information about the health of the system. It denotes the health of the system, whether a system is healthy (completely patched), moderately healthy or highly vulnerable (a high number of missing patches) from the number of systems that have been scanned currently.

Each item on these charts is a link, on clicking which you will be led a corresponding system list in the table view down below the graphs.

Viewing System History Report

From here you can select a system and view the System History Report by clicking on the View System History Data button.

Viewing Differential Scan Report

From here you can select a system and view the Differential Scan Report by clicking on the View Differential Scan Report button.

Export and E-mail Report

You can export this report to any of these formats namely : pdf, html and xls. Click on the 'Export' link on the top of the screen to view the reports in an export-format of your choice.

Reports can be viewed and saved in a particular export format or they can be e-mailed to an address. Click on the 'E-mail' link and select the format which needs to be e-mailed, along with the e-mail ID and a custom message.
