The patches and service packs downloaded from the internet are stored in a specific directory in the PatchQuest server. The default location is : <Server_Install_Dir>/AdventNet/SecureCentral/PatchQuest/store.
If you wish to change the location of the directory in which the downloaded patches and service packs are stored in the server machine, you can specify the patch in the field provided (Settings » Patch Store Location)

To view the list of patches downloaded from the internet and stored in the server, visit the Patch Information tab and click on the 'Stored Patches' link. This list displays the patch names, Bulletin ID and other patch related information.
To delete the patches from the PatchQuest server, select the desired patches and click the 'Delete' button. Doing so will change the Download Status column against the corresponding patch in the Patch Information view and the Scan Result view.
To view the list of service packs downloaded from the internet and stored in the server, visit the Patch Information tab and click on the 'Stored Service Packs' link. This list displays the service pack names, SP size and other patch related information like release date of the SP.
To delete the service packs from the PatchQuest server, select the desired SPs and click the 'Delete' button. Doing so will change the Download Status column against the corresponding SP in the Service Pack Information view and the Scan Result view.
