Reports in PatchQuest can be exported to a format of your choice and this can be e-mailed to intended recipients. The export and e-mail options are available for all the reports and also for other important views like Systems views, Patch & Service Pack Information views, Scan result views etc.
You can export reports to any of these formats namely : pdf, html and xls. Go to any of the reports (from the Reports tab in the web interface of PatchQuest) and click on the 'Export' link on the top of the screen to view the reports in an export-format of your choice. Click on the 'E-mail' link and select the format which needs to be e-mailed, along with the e-mail ID and a custom message.
