Creating a custom system group

To create a custom system group follow these instructions :

• Visit the 'System Groups' tab. This view will display the list of System Groups created (if any) on the left, and the machines present in the first system group on the right.
• Click on the 'System Group Settings' link present in the left of the screen. This displays the group names and their description in a table
• Click on the 'Create Group' button
• Now from this configuration screen, enter the Group Name and the description of the system group and click 'Add'.
• Your group will be added and will appear in the System Groups list
• You can click on the Group Name text-link, to view the systems in that group (if they have been associated)
• The Edit icon adjacent to the group name can be used to edit the group details (name  & description)

Note :

New system groups can also be created on selecting systems and clicking the 'Add to group' button from any of the views in the Systems tab. This action does the dual function of not only creating a new group but also associating a system to that group.
